Ham Steak (1-1.5 lbs)
Ham steaks are perfect for sharing. They're cut 3/4 inch thick and from the meatiest center-section of the ham after being cured and smoked. They're best warmed in a skillet, broiled or on the grill. Since they're already cooked, it's only necessary to warm them quickly to 140F. They make for a great quick and easy meal!
